Before First use of any of our products, Make sure to fill properly with water and purge any air in pumps. Failure to do so will void warrenty.

Once pumps are confirmed to be bled of air, plug in power and begin to cycle. Our back packs have a blue light to indicate the status of the pump. A flashing light indicates a blockage or air in the line. Immediately stop the pump and check for kinks in hoses and air in the pumps. Re-Purge pumps if needed and unkink hoses before moving forward.

Once pumps are filled and running properly, continue to run until connected devices are full of water and cycling without air bubbles passing through the lines.

After everything is filled and purged, top up with ice and reusable ice bricks and enjoy.

All our shirts and vests are machine washable. Drain and disconnect from connected devices, and place shirt or vest in a washing bag. Run on gentle wash. Do Not machine dry.

After every use, make sure to drain all water from shirts, backpacks, hoses, and boxes. Make sure to store dry if not in use for prolonged periods of time.

Make sure to use a splash of vinegar when filling on every 2nd to 3rd use. This will act as a growth inhibitor and keep the system running clean and efficient.

When preparing the cool box for use, begin by purging the pump of any air. This is done by connecting a shirt or vest to the box, then filling the box to just below where the hoses exit the side of the box. Once filled, connect the box to power and cycle until all air is purged from the pump and no air is flowing form the return line. Once this is completed, drain the box until it is approximately 25% full of water. Next add a mix of ice and reusable ice bricks until the box is about half full. These are only rough measurements, as long as the pump has enough water to not suck air through hard cornering, any ratio of water and ice will do! Also note, reusable ice bricks are preferred in this system as they provide less intense, but more prolonged cooling. We like a mix of both ice and reusable ice bricks for the initial hit of cold, followed by the lasting effects of the ice bricks.

Drain all lines and empty of water after each use. Add a splash of vinegar every 2nd to 3rd use to prevent growth in system. Purge system of air before each use and ensure running properly before turning on and connecting other devices to system.
